Model: HydroGuide HG20 Winch

With 40,000 lbs (18,144 kg) of pulling force, the HammerHead^® HydroGuide^® H20 winch has the power to handle longer and larger bursting jobs ranging from 8" to 30" (200 to 762 mm) in diameter. The HG20 is trailer mounted for easy transport, mobilization and jobsite placement. Built in lifting points are provided for picking and setting into locations where the winch cannot be driven. The HG20 provides continuous tension and the line speed adjust to the burst speed automatically.

Planetary drive
The dual capstan and planetary drive is proven to withstand high load ratings and improves torque transmission. This feature offers constant pulling force over the entire pull length and helps reduce cable wear.

Versatility
Designed specifically for the trenchless industry, the HG20 can perform pipe bursting, slip lining, swage lining, cable and pipe pulling projects

Complete package
Onboard storage of standard 19’ (5.79 m) downrigger mast and sheave assembly reduces the need for additional support vehicles.
