Model: HydroGuide HG12 Auto Boom Winch

Hammerhead^® HydroGuide^® HG12 winch is designed to maximize efficiency and minimize setup time and effort for pipe bursting, slip lining, pipe pulling, cable pulling and swage lining projects. Setup and tear-down can be performed in minutes, not hours. Once setup is complete the HG12 offers 12 tons (11 tonnes) of pulling power for a wide range of projects.

Patented self-deploying downrigger
The hydraulic self-deploying downrigger simplifies setup and eliminates carrying large and heavy components down-hole. The infinitely adjustable boom can easily be set to the depth required without jacking up the machine.

Planetary drive
The dual capstan and planetary drive is proven to withstand high load ratings and improves torque transmission. This feature offers constant pulling force over the entire pull length and helps reduce cable wear.

Optional track undercarriage
Adding tracks to the HG12 makes it easier to get to difficult-to-reach areas of your jobsite.

Optional hydraulic leveling jacks
Leveling jacks are infinitely adjustable and increase efficiency at the end of manhole exit projects.

Easy operation
Remote control and a powerful down-hole light put the operator in better control of the burst process.

Versatility
