To satisfy the rising demand for sewer lateral replacements, plumbers are turning to trenchless lateral replacement. Trenchless lateral replacement can spare your customer the unpleasant side effects of open-cut lateral replacement and at the same time grow your business. The HammerHead^® PortaBurst^® lateral replacement system is a portable, cost-effective and efficient method of replacing 2" to 6" (5 to 15 cm) lateral pipes in a minimum amount of time and unlike lining the new pipe can be the same size or even a size larger that the old pipe.

High production
The PortaBurst Gen 2 system features three pieces that can be assembled downhole in a matter of minutes. The PortaBurst Lightning, designed to work best were laterals pipes are shallow and pits are dug by hand, breaks down into four lightweight pieces for easy disassembly and assembly. Once the unit is up and running production rates of up to 12 feet per minute ensure fast and efficient installation.

Environmentally friendly
PortaBurst systems require small pits, reducing the amount of excavation and associated surface disruption, resulting in an environmentally friendly project.

Versatile
The PortaBurst line operates at low pressure, allowing them to be run by either a dedicated power pack or any third party power supply that produces 3,000 psi and a minimum 13 gallons per minute flow.

Quick Grip™ Burst Heads
